How do I get a tracking number?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships.

How does the shipping work?

The Right Click partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 12-30 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What shall I do?

First of all, please check your spam/junk folder.  If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email at support@rightclick.store with your full name and shipping address, and we will help to sort this out quickly.

My order included multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

When a customer purchases multiple items, there are many times when we utilize different distribution channels to fulfill the order. Because of this, your items will be shipped separately.  You may receive one before the next.  Please don’t panic! If you don’t receive them all at once, please be assured they will get to you as quickly as possible.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Usually, we don’t. However, we do periodically restock our best selling items.

Can I order by phone?

Currently we do not offer this option.
